Instructions for poster presentation:
Poster papers will be presented in dedicated and scheduled poster sessions. Each year, the poster session offers the authors and the audience the opportunity to engage in direct and live discussions.
Poster presenters will be provided with a mounting board for their poster presentations. The Poster’s presenting author has to bring a poster of up to A0 size (841 × 1189 millimeters or 33.11 × 46.81 inches), (A1 size (594 x 841 mm or 23.4 x 33.1 inches) is also accepted), and to present the poster during the specific poster session it has been assigned to. The poster layout is completely up to the presenter. The poster is not uploaded in advance.
- Prepare an A0 sized poster and bring to the conference premise one day before the presentation date.
- Be present during the time allocated to the poster session (usually 30 minutes) display to answer queries from audience
- Take back the poster at the end of the session
- A poster stand will be made available for every poster
