(Crosschain Workshop 2023)
You can access the Crosschain 2023 Final Program here
IEEE International Conference on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Crosschain Workshop (Crosschain Workshop 2023) will be held in Dubai on May 5, 2023. The workshop aims to bring researchers and practitioners from across the world together to advance the field of crosschain technology. The workshop will be run as a hybrid event (in person and online). It has two sessions: Academic session and Applications of Technology (Industry) session.
The workshop’s main website can be found here.
The objectives of the workshop are to:
- Provide researchers with a forum to publish peer reviewed papers on crosschain communications.
- Share the latest crosschain research. - Provide opportunities for research collaboration.
- Help developers stay across the latest research.
- Provide a forum for practitioners to talk about how crosschain technology is being used and the challenges that they face.
- Have a cross pollination of ideas.
- Help us all gain a better understanding of the trade-offs of the various approaches.
CALL FOR PAPERS
IEEE ICBC Crosschain Workshop 2023 is seeking submissions of technical papers and industry talks in the following areas related to Crosschain Communications:
- Crosschain bridges
- Crosschain application protocols
- Crosschain function call protocols
- Crosschain consensus protocols
- Crosschain cryptoeconomic designs
- Other crosschain communications protocols
The workshop will have two sessions: Academic and Application of Technology (Industry). The two sessions will have separate submission processes.
ACADEMIC SESSION
Authors are invited to submit original papers written in English that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Technical papers must be formatted using the IEEE 2-column format and not exceeding 8 pages (excluding references). The papers can be 4 pages research overviews, or 6 or 8 pages full papers. The paper submission templates are available on IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The review process will be doubleblind; that is, it should not be possible to identify the authors of the paper. This includes self-referencing of papers. All accepted papers that are presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore. All papers should be submitted through the EDAS system. Once in EDAS, choose Crosschain Workshop Academic Track.
